On Friday, November 28, the Kıvılcım Association team gathered for a fun and refreshing internal communication event organized by our Corporate Communications Department. It was a valuable opportunity to take a break from the busy work routine and experience a motivating, engaging, and energizing activity together. During the event, we played Codenames, discovering once again how an online game can strengthen communication and teamwork.
Through this interactive game, we explored new sides of each other that we had not encountered before, witnessed different perspectives, and strengthened the bonds within our team by collaborating in a playful environment.
