Starting the Day with Breath and Balance – Online Morning Yoga with Kıvılcım Association

On the morning of July 6th, we welcomed the day with breath, movement, and mindfulness through a peaceful online yoga session hosted by Kıvılcım Association. Guided by İlsu Ceren Gümüş, our Zoom-based morning yoga event brought together participants to start their day with a sense of balance and calm.

Beginning the day with yoga is not only a gift to the body but also a reset for the mind. In this session, we engaged in breathwork, mindful movement, and grounding postures that encouraged inner peace and awareness.

The Zoom event allowed people from different cities and backgrounds to unite and share this moment virtually. At Kıvılcım Derneği, we value building a sense of community – both physically and digitally. This session was more than just yoga; it was a reflection of our mission to “be a spark” for each other.
