The Spark of Relationship Lies Hidden in the Subconscious

At Kıvılcım Association, we continue to organize awareness events that help individuals better understand themselves and their relationships. On August 10 with Oya Özer, we hosted a live session titled “Relationships and the Subconscious”, where we explored the hidden dynamics behind repetitive patterns in our social and emotional lives.

Repeating Patterns in Relationships

The session shed light on common questions: Why do we keep choosing the same type of friends? Why do family ties sometimes feel overwhelming? Why do the same cycles repeat in our love life? And why do we face similar communication issues at work? All of these questions are closely related to attachment styles, childhood imprints, and levels of self-awareness.

A Mirror to Yourself

This was not just another live talk — it was an opportunity for participants to hold a mirror to themselves. By asking questions and reflecting on their own lives, attendees had the chance to recognize the subconscious patterns that shape their interactions. This made the event not only informative but also transformative.

Subconscious and Transformation

The discussion focused on how subconscious dynamics from the past influence today’s relationships. Key topics included toxic relationships, communication breakdowns, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. Participants gained valuable insights to approach their personal and professional lives with a renewed perspective.

At Kıvılcım Association, we believe that true change begins with understanding ourselves. We will continue to create spaces where individuals can explore these dynamics and build healthier, more conscious relationships.
