On the morning of November 16, 2025, the Kıvılcım Association welcomed the day with a refreshing and uplifting morning yoga session led by yoga instructor İlsu Ceren Gümüş. This peaceful online gathering brought together our community members, volunteers, and yoga enthusiasts who wished to start their Sunday with balance, clarity, and renewed energy.
The session, organized as part of our ongoing commitment to wellness and community engagement, offered participants the chance to reconnect with their bodies and minds before beginning a new day. Guided by İlsu Ceren Gümüş, the yoga flow included breathing exercises, gentle stretches, and grounding movements designed to energize the body and calm the mind. Participants noted that the practice helped them feel centered, refreshed, and more present.
