Begüm Balıbaşa was born in Istanbul in 1997. She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 2019. During her university years, she took her first step into the world of projects and events with the ‘My Sector is Informatics-Benim Sektörüm Bilişim’ event, of which she was the General Coordinator.

Throughout her career, she had the chance to experience many sectors, which helped her develop a different and innovative perspective. She aimed to learn continuously by taking various trainings in areas such as project management, business management, and psychology management. In this way, she created a broad framework for herself, society, and the needs of society.

In addition to her corporate career experience in different sectors, Begüm Balıbaşa, who wants to create big changes from a small spark in the field of civil society and to reach every place and every living thing where it is needed, was among the founders of the Kıvılcım Association.

Working as a Member of the Board of Directors and Project Director at Kıvılcım Association, Begüm Balıbaşa continues to contribute to the growth and development of the association by using her experience, project management, and leadership skills.
