As the Kıvılcım Association, we believe that philanthropy that giving and sharing is a voluntary behavior increase the trust and respect of the public. CSOs and their projects enjoy the trust and respect of the public and help donors and potential donors make safe and smart donations. We stand behind donor rights because we care about what donors do and we support. We recognize that all donors have the following rights we are. 

 

DONOR BILL OF RIGHTS 

 

1. Information about the mission and vision of the NGO, how the donation will be used and its capacity and intention to use the donation efficiently for its purposes, 
2.  Obtain information about the board of directors and executives and expect executives to fulfill their duties in a prudent and prudent manner, 
3. Access to up-to-date financial information, 
4.  Request a guarantee that the donation will be used for its intended purpose, 
5. An appropriate thank you, 
6. Demand confidentiality of their donations in accordance with the law, 
7. Demanding that all relations with all employees representing the organization be at a professional level, 
8. Knowing whether the donor is a volunteer, employee or someone from outside the organization, 
9. Request deletion of contact information from lists if it is to be shared with someone else, 
10. The right to ask questions when making a donation and to receive timely, accurate and clear answers.
