Eray Önay was born in Eminönü in 1987. He graduated from Vefa High School and Marmara University, Department of Business Informatics in German. He started his career in the construction sector and still works as the Assistant General Manager at 24 Gayrimenkul A.Ş.

He is one of the founders of the Kıvılcım Association, to which he was invited to evaluate the knowledge he gained in business life in the field of civil society, as a Member of the Board of Directors.
