• I will continue and expand my volunteer work in line with the mission and vision of Kıvılcım Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”),
• I will not make requests contrary to the standards and practices of the Association,
• I undertake to adopt and use the terminology used by the Association and to comply with the Association’s Brand Architecture Guidelines in all communication activities,
• I willingly volunteer, I will perform my voluntary work within the specified working hours and I will not demand any fee for this voluntary work,
• That I will comply with the principles and rules determined by the Association during my volunteer work, and that I will bear full responsibility for any accident caused by my fault,
• In case of any problems and difficulties encountered during the implementation of volunteering tasks, I will first contact the relevant staff member and act jointly with him/her to find a solution,
• That I bear full responsibility for any damages that may occur while I am taken and brought to and from the activities and travel/travel/travel etc. organizations organized for these activities,
• I will not discriminate against religion, language, race, sect, social differences and gender in my relations with all stakeholders, I will be at equal distance to all stakeholders of the Association, I will respect cultural differences and I will not engage in hate speech,
• I will not make digital, written or verbal statements and shares on behalf of any religious, political opinion, sect, party, union or institution in the activities carried out in the Association;
• I will not introduce myself as the authorized representative of the Association without the approval / knowledge of the Association and will not carry out activities under this name,
  I will attend the meetings and volunteer trainings of the Association; I will inform in advance if I cannot attend,
  I will not allow any disruption due to personal reasons in the implementation of the activity that I undertake to participate and support,
• If I do not participate in the specified activities three (3) times in a row or if I do not fulfill the activities without a reasonable justification, I may be removed from the membership of the association by the association administration,
• I understand the right of the Association to carry out regular activities and the sanctions that may occur in case of failure to fulfill these activities,
• With the awareness that each of the employees of the Association has separate authorities and responsibilities, I will not ask them for services for work outside their titles,
• I agree to maintain harmony in my relationships with the staff and volunteers, support teamwork, keep my personal relationships and issues outside the framework and activities of the Association, ensure that my contact information in the Association’s records is up to date to facilitate effective communication, and I hereby give my consent to receive communications electronically through methods such as SMS.
• I confirm that my criminal record is clean upon completing the volunteer application process, and I agree to inform the Association of any changes in my criminal record or other personal information within 30 (thirty) days; otherwise, the volunteer relationship will be terminated.
• I accept that the volunteer relationship will be terminated if any behavior contrary to the Association’s mission, vision, and principles is detected.
• In the event that the volunteer relationship is terminated, either by my own will or by the Association, I agree to return all materials provided for the activities of the Association.
• I consent to receiving information and various announcements regarding the activities of the Association through means such as telephone, call centers, fax, and electronic mail.
• I agree to strictly respect the confidentiality of personal data, information, or visuals, including the voices and images of volunteers working on Association projects or the beneficiaries of aid and resources provided within the project’s scope. I will not share such personal data, information, or visuals (photos, videos, audio, etc.) with third parties, service providers, authorized institutions, or on social media platforms. I will not process or use any personal data, information, or visuals unless I have obtained explicit consent and authorization.
• I consent to the unlimited use of any photos, videos, audio, or similar visual or auditory materials recorded by me or related to me during the Association’s activities, for institutional communication purposes (magazines, websites, social media, newsletters, etc.) or in various communication and promotional materials, without requesting any compensation.
• I confirm that I have complied and will continue to comply with the Personal Data Protection Law and other related regulations regarding personal data.
• I declare that I have not engaged in and will not engage in any activities outside the legally compliant activities carried out within the Association’s processes.
• I agree not to transfer any personal data to third parties outside the processes that comply with legal regulations and the Association’s procedures.
• I agree not to disclose personal data in any form, including through press, media outlets, or for advertising purposes, and to refrain from distributing or publicizing such data.
• I acknowledge that special category personal data is sensitive and that I will not process such data outside the scope of my authority.
• In the event that the Association faces any administrative, legal, or criminal sanctions due to personal data breaches, I accept the Association’s right to seek recourse from me for these sanctions and agree to be held liable for any damages the Association may suffer due to my breach of the provisions stated in this declaration.
• I understand that if I cause any material or moral harm to the Association or third parties through my actions, either knowingly or negligently, the Association reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages incurred, and I waive any claims against the Association arising from my breach of this declaration. I agree not to seek recourse from the Association for any responsibilities arising as a result.
• I acknowledge that the volunteer relationship does not constitute an employment relationship or a commitment to employment within the scope of the Labor Law and Social Security Legislation, and that there is no employee-employer relationship. I accept that I am exempt from regulations such as working hours, vacation rights, and leaves defined under labor law during my time as a volunteer.
• I acknowledge that the volunteer relationship does not impose any obligations on the Association under the Labor Law, Social Security Legislation, and Occupational Health and Safety Law.
• I agree that I have given all the necessary permissions, approvals, and consents concerning personal, intellectual, or industrial property content, use, and activities, as well as the declarations and commitments written above, and I agree to comply with and implement the written terms and conditions.

I have read, understood, and accepted the above-mentioned clauses, and I further declare that I have read the Information Notice prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 regarding the processing, transfer, and destruction of my personal data shared during my volunteer application process; I confirm that I have acted and will continue to act in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law and other related regulations; I have approved the Explicit Consent Form, and I declare that all the information I have provided to the Association is complete, accurate, and truthful.
