A Special Event by Kıvılcım Association for World Health Week
As part of World Health Week, Kıvılcım Association organized a meaningful Zoom event that brought together our body, mind, and spirit. Under the theme “Nurture your spark with breath, illuminate it with yoga!”, we embarked on an inner journey through breathwork, meditation, and yoga practices. Thanks to the enthusiastic participation of our attendees, the event turned into an unforgettable experience focused on body awareness and mental clarity.
The first part of our event was guided by Breath and Meditation Instructor Rafet Onat Tatar, who introduced us to proper breathing techniques that helped us relax both physically and mentally. Rafet Onat Tatar emphasized that breathing is not only essential for survival but also a powerful tool for stress management, focus, and emotional balance. Experiencing how our inner spark is awakened through breathwork became a captivating start for all participants.
In the second part, we moved into a gentle, harmonizing yoga flow led by Yoga Instructor İlsu Ceren Gümüş. With movements aligned with breath, participants enhanced their physical flexibility and mind-body harmony, finding a sense of peace as they continued their day. İlsu Ceren Gümüş reminded us that yoga practices can become little sparks in our daily lives—simple yet transformative.
We sincerely thank everyone who joined us and helped grow this spark together. Once again, we witnessed the importance of integrating meditation, breathwork, and yoga into our lives—not just for physical health, but also for mental and emotional well-being.
As Kıvılcım Association, we continue to organize events that support personal transformation and contribute to collective well-being. These kinds of Zoom events allow us to overcome geographical boundaries and reach even more people. We believe that everyone carries a spark within, and our mission is to nurture and expand it together.
If you’d like to be a part of this energy, follow us on our social media channels and join us at our next event. Because sometimes, a single breath can change your whole world.
