Healthy Eating Tips from Kıvılcım Association’s Instagram Live Event
As Kıvılcım Association, we recently hosted an insightful Instagram live session titled “Shine with Health in Ramadan”, aiming to promote healthy and balanced eating during Ramadan. We were honored to have Nutritionist Yağmur Ölmez Kızılkuş as our guest, who shared valuable tips and professional advice on Ramadan nutrition, water intake, and balanced meals.
During the session, we discussed how to nourish the body effectively while fasting, how to organize iftar and suhoor meals, and the importance of hydration timing throughout the day. The audience gained essential insights into healthy eating habits specifically tailored for the holy month of Ramadan.
