On May 23, 2025, the Project Department of Kıvılcım Association participated in the Basic Project Cycle Management and Workshop Training held at Artİstanbul Feshane. This important event was jointly organized by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality’s Civil Society Relations Department and the EU Affairs Department.
The training focused on key aspects of project management, the fundamentals of the project cycle, and insights into developing EU projects. As Kıvılcım, we took valuable steps toward strengthening our capacity in both national and international civil society projects.
Held in the inspiring atmosphere of Artİstanbul Feshane, the workshop provided a hands-on learning environment for NGOs working for public benefit. As a vibrant and innovative organization, Kıvılcım Association was proud to engage actively in the discussions and exercises.
This experience supports our long-term strategy of contributing to sustainable, impactful, and inclusive projects, while enhancing our understanding of EU relations and collaborative civil society efforts.
