Our Face Yoga Session on Zoom

This week, as Kıvılcım Association, we offered our participants a heartfelt session of relaxation and renewal through an online Zoom event with instructor Şeyda Nur Seyhan. In our free face yoga workshop, we breathed together, relaxed, smiled, and carried that positive energy into the rest of our day.

Face yoga is not only about working the muscles—it also provides mental relief. During this event, our participants felt lighter both physically and emotionally. With our philosophy of “becoming your own spark“, the session reminded us once again of the power of self-care.

Throughout the Zoom event, we activated our facial muscles and practiced proper breathing techniques to restore balance in our bodies, guided by our instructor’s calm and experienced approach. The positive feedback we received proved once more how valuable these personal care-focused sessions can be.
