We Were There: Kıvılcım Association at the Future of Education Summit
Kıvılcım Association participated in the Future of Education Summit & Education Contribution Awards 2026, a prominent gathering held in Istanbul that brought together leaders from education, business, and civil society. The summit focused on the theme “Future Jobs,” highlighting key transformations shaping the workforce and education systems. Hosted at Pera Museum Auditorium, the event explored critical topics such as artificial intelligence, future skills, sustainable career paths, and the evolving expectations of young people. The summit provided a strong platform for networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange, emphasizing the role of education in driving social transformation. Kıvılcım Association Collaborates with Şişli Vocational School to Plan Social Responsibility Activities for University Students
Kıvılcım Association continues its efforts to create activities where university students can develop themselves while contributing to goodness and social impact. In this context, we held an online meeting with Şişli Meslek Yüksekokulu (Şişli MYO / Vocational School) to plan collaborative projects and events that will enable young people to take an active role in social responsibility initiatives. During the meeting, discussions focused on designing programs and events that encourage university students to participate in social responsibility projects. The Kıvılcım Association team explored opportunities for students to discover their potential and make meaningful contributions to society. The collaborative planning of activities and projects was carried out through a structured online discussion, allowing for idea exchange and joint decision-making. Kıvılcım Association was pleased to attend the Physical Therapy & Robotic Rehabilitation Center Launch at Central Hospital Etiler. Throughout the launch, attendees learned about modern physical therapy approaches, robotic-assisted rehabilitation systems, and patient-centered healthcare strategies. Kıvılcım Association Participates in “Gençlik Şimdi / Youth Now” to Empower Young People
On March 25, Kıvılcım Association attended the event organized by Microfon, titled “Gençlik Şimdi/Youth Now – Youth Well-Being in Education, Employment and Social Life.” The conference featured panels and discussions aimed at enhancing young people’s opportunities in education, employment, and social life. During the event, the Kıvılcım Association team joined insightful sessions hosted by Akbank, Kale Seramik Vakfı (KSV), Paribu Art, and the Vehbi Koç Foundation, focusing on practical ways to support youth empowerment. Kıvılcım Association Ramadan Aid Activities Reached 132 Families
During the holy month of Ramadan, the Kıvılcım Association carried out its annual Ramadan aid activities, reaching 132 families in need thanks to the support of its members, volunteers, and supporters. These efforts once again demonstrated the power of kindness, solidarity, and collective support. The Ramadan aid initiatives of Kıvılcım Association focused on supporting families experiencing financial hardship. Through donations including fitre, zakat, and other forms of support, the association aimed to contribute to meeting the basic needs of these households during Ramadan. Among the families who benefited from the Ramadan support activities were households that include individuals with disabilities. Providing assistance to these families highlighted the importance of social solidarity and community responsibility. The Ramadan aid activities organized by Kıvılcım Association represent more than financial support. They also serve as a way to strengthen a culture of goodness and compassion within the community.
